BROVO USA, WASHINGTON BroVo Spirits worked with bartenders, from Seattle to New York, to develop an amaro that reflected the terroir and palate of a place. BroVo Aperitivo 74PF / 750ML This Aperitivo is made from 20+ botanicals, including a grapefruit infusion, grapefruit distillate, gentian infusion, gentian distillate, bitter orange, sweet orange, hibiscus, bilberries, schishandra berries, and curry leaf. Full of all natural flavors, the pink color is derived from Hibiscus, grapefruit, and orange and is Vegan safe. BroVo Boomerang Cherry Liqueur 60PF / 750ML Brovo’s Boomerang is a complex cherry liqueur, rich and thick, with lots of flavor combining cherry, apricot, walnut, cinnamon, orange, vanilla, and peppercorn, then sweetened to 15% sugar. Enjoy it in a Blood & Sand cocktail, or try it mixed with your favorite bourbon. BroVo Chocolate Liqueur 50PF / 750ML Guatemalan cacao nibs combine with cinnamon, vanilla bean, and ancho chili to form a Mexican chocolate flavor. The chocolate is light and sippable. It is finished with agave nectar to about 10% sugar. BroVo Douglas Fir Liqueur 50PF / 750ML Every spring, we take a trip to the woods. We cut about six inches of new growth from young fir trees taking no more than a third of any tree. We cut all the spring buds off—this is where the flavor is—and infuse them into vodka, then we re-distill the base, sweeten it with agave nectar to 20% sugar and proof it with water. Casa d’Aristi Huana Guanabana Liqueur 60PF / 750ML Huana is the only guanabana (GWA-NAH-BAHNAH) fruit liqueur in the world. Mix with tonics, teas, infused waters, and syrups. Expands wonderfully in sparkling wines, gin, mezcal, whiskey and tequila. Replaces Triple Sec nicely. Casa D’Aristi Kalani Coconut Liqueur 60PF / 750ML Kalani is a 100% natural coconut liqueur made from fresh coconut milk and pulp, extracted from a special hybrid of coconut palm tree grown on the Aristi family plantation in Oxtapacab, Yucatán. DISTILLERIA DELL’ALPE ITALY, VENETO Ferruccio de Bernard established his Distilleria dell’Alpe in 1948 in Bastia d’Alpago, a small hillside village in the sweeping Cansiglio forest of the Italian Oriental Alps. Distilleria dell’Alpe Kapriol 76PF / 700ML Kapriol Classico is a liqueur obtained from the slow and controlled distillation of common juniper berries (Juniperus communis) infused with other aromatic mountain herbs to produce a well-balanced liqueur with a distinctive fragrance and a pronounced, fresh flavour. Distilleria dell’Alpe Amaro del Cansiglio 50PF / 700ML Amaro del Cansiglio is made by infusing no fewer than 18 varieties of herbs and berries in a water and alcohol solution. All the ingredients come from the forest of Cansiglio in the foothills of Eastern Alps, a region famous for its woods and plants and inhabited since prehistoric times. Distilleria dell’Alpe Rosen Bitter (Rosa Alpina) 50PF / 1.0L The botanicals are singularly infused as soon as they are harvested, respectively in a mixture with a different alcohol content, to obtain the best possible aromatic result from each raw material. Once the infusion is completed, the solid remains are pressed to squeeze all the absorbed liquids from the spices. Consecutively, the different brews are meticulously filtered and eventually blended among each other in different ratios. The characteristic notes of the creation are given by an attentive and accurate research of tastes and aromas, aiming at achieving the harmonious balance among the botanicals – thus becoming our “Rosen Bitter”, in its most simple and delicious form. DIMMI ITALY Already causing a stir among mixologists, Dimmi Liquore di Milano is a new arrival to the world of Italian spirits. Dimmi Liquore di Milano 70PF / 750ML Dimmi gets its base from northern Italian organic wheat distillation. They infuse the base with a rustic recipe from 1932. Dimmi also includes a second, more modern floral infusion. This infusion adds an essence of peach and apricot flower blossoms and young Nebbiolo grappa. ELIXIR DANVERS BELGIUM Elixir d’Anvers is part of the collective memory of any Belgian. For many generations, Elixir d’Anvers has been enjoyed in the conviviality of the family circle, and in the past, children were even treated to a sugar cube with some drops of Elixir d’Anvers. Amaro #14 is unlike any other amaro we make. We start with a 55# block of Guatemalan chocolate which we sledgehammer apart into smaller pieces. It’s actual chocolate. Not cacao nibs, which means it behaves differently in infusing. It forms a rich chocolate like sauce with the base alcohol, and we squeeze the chocolate through the base multiple times. The next layer is thyme- a garden herb- which adds an unexpected herbal flavor and is followed by sarsaparilla- the bark that creates the flavor in root beer. BroVo Lucky Falernum Liqueur 70PF / 750ML Falernum is the High-Proof Falernum you didn’t know you always wanted. It’s a natural Menza Menza- 50-50 in Italian. Half unsweetened BROVO Orange Curacao and half Amaro #4, it’s spicy cayenne note adds a little kick to a solid orange base.
