ELDEE FRANCE Eldee is a new trendy, retro-positioned liqueur, with a wonderful and fruity taste that works well as a key ingredient in many of today’s top selling cocktails. Its lightness allows for an easy mix-ability with an array of sparkling wine or champagnes. The tall and unique bottle with a swing - top closure ensures the highest shelf visibility. Eldee Elderflower Liqueur 40PF / 750ML Lecarre Eldee is an exceptionally high-quality Elderflower liqueur that utilizes minimal sugar, creating a simultaneously sweet yet still dry palate with elegant floral aromas. ENRICO TORO ITALY, ABRUZZO In the early 1800’s, Beniamino Toro Sr. moved to Tocco da Casauria, a commune in Abruzzo. Beniamino discovered a local herbal elixir dating back to the Benedictine Friars who built the San Clemente at Casuria Abbey in 1100. Enrico Toro Amaro 72 54PF / 750ML Amaro 72 is a liqueur with perfect balance: neither too bitter nor too sweet. With the addition of Centerba 72 herbs, Centerbo Toro is present throughout giving Amaro 72 an intense and unmistakable bitter quality. Enrico Toro Centuca 72 76PF / 750ML In the Abruzzo region, there is the tradition to mix Sambuca (anise-based liqueur) and Centerba Toro. As such, it was natural for the Enrico Toro Casauria Distillery to create a liqueur. The result is a perfect balance between the unmistakable taste of “Centerba Toro” with a touch of the classic, Italian Sambuca. Enrico Toro Centerba 72 Italian Digestive 144PF / 700ML Centerba is earthy and wonderfully herbal with a bite. The herbs for this liqueur are well known for their restorative and healing properties, and Centerba was originally made by herbalists as a digestive. The aromatic herbs are handpicked from the Maiella and Morrone mountains, and only the best leaves are used. Their long steep in premium alcohol and natural infusion in special containers, together with meticulous observance of the ancient recipe, protect the quality of this

Kapriol Classico is a liqueur obtained from the slow and controlled distillation of common juniper berries (Juniperus communis) infused with other aromatic mountain herbs to produce a well-balanced liqueur with a distinctive fragrance and a pronounced, fresh flavour. Distilleria dell’Alpe Amaro del Cansiglio 50PF / 700ML Amaro del Cansiglio is made by infusing no fewer than 18 varieties of herbs and berries in a water and alcohol solution. All the ingredients come from the forest of Cansiglio in the foothills of Eastern Alps, a region famous for its woods and plants and inhabited since prehistoric times. Distilleria dell’Alpe Rosen Bitter (Rosa Alpina) 50PF / 1.0L The botanicals are singularly infused as soon as they are harvested, respectively in a mixture with a different alcohol content, to obtain the best possible aromatic result from each raw material. Once the infusion is completed, the solid remains are pressed to squeeze all the absorbed liquids from the spices. Consecutively, the different brews are meticulously filtered and eventually blended among each other in different ratios. The characteristic notes of the creation are given by an attentive and accurate research of tastes and aromas, aiming at achieving the harmonious balance among the botanicals – thus becoming our “Rosen Bitter”, in its most simple and delicious form. DIMMI ITALY Already causing a stir among mixologists, Dimmi Liquore di Milano is a new arrival to the world of Italian spirits. Dimmi Liquore di Milano 70PF / 750ML Dimmi gets its base from northern Italian organic wheat distillation. They infuse the base with a rustic recipe from 1932. Dimmi also includes a second, more modern floral infusion. This infusion adds an essence of peach and apricot flower blossoms and young Nebbiolo grappa. ELIXIR DANVERS BELGIUM Elixir d’Anvers is part of the collective memory of any Belgian. For many generations, Elixir d’Anvers has been enjoyed in the conviviality of the family circle, and in the past, children were even treated to a sugar cube with some drops of Elixir d’Anvers. Since 1863, this liqueur has been prepared in the same artisanal way, and with the original recipe containing dozens of plants and herbs from all over the world, that give Elixir d’Anvers its unique flavour. Handed down from father to son, the age-old recipe calls for an infusion of high mountain herbs. In the 1800’s, Torella was referred to as “potable Centerba” to distinguish from Centerba 72. Torella 72 maintains the same characteristic of Centerba 72 with a lower alcohol strength and slight sweetness created from the addition of the fine acacia honey.
