Well dressed with plenty of flavor, Well Dressed Gin boasts hints of Juniper, Lavender, and a touch of citrus with a light crispness that softens as the botanicals open up to recreate an early spring morning with every sip. MIRABEAU FRANCE Before we made a drop of our award-winning Mirabeau Riviera Gin, we wanted to ensure that our vision for this unique product was perfectly articulated. This gave rise to letting us be guided by these three essential truths behind our gin: True To Gin | True To The French Riviera| True To Mirabeau Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin 86PF / 200ML / 750ML At its core, Mirabeau Riviera is a classic dry gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which has been upcycled from leftover grape skins, discarded during the wine making process. This adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. The addition of some of Mirabeau’s Provence Rosé gives luxurious texture to the finished gin. Lemon and coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and angelica root impart floral and earthy tones, respectively. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, bay, thyme and rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous NORMINDIA FRANCE Gin Normindia was created by Pierre, the third generation of the Domaine du Coquerel family, which produced Calvados, Pommeau and cider since 1937. Coquerel Normindia Gin 82.8PF / 750ML The base of the gin was inspired by a recipe of a juniper distillate found in an old family book that dated back to 1765 and was approved by Louis XV—called ‘La Chymie du Goût et de l’Odorat’. Gin Normindia is 100% produced at the estate with 4-12 days of maceration in a stainless steel vat before it is distilled in the smallest Calvados copper still.
