Paul John Indian XO Grape Brandy 92PF / 750ML Created from the famed Ugni Blanc and the rich Bangalore purple grape, the brandy is matured in specially selected, medium toasted new French limousine oak barrels. Paul John XO has gentle honeyed aromas, deliciously resonating with fresh fig, strawberry liquorice, orange zest and a touch of herbs that sets of a light butterscotch. Tender cranberry and succulent rum raisin create a beautifully balanced complex palate. The lengthy finish is meshed with notes of sweet oak and an alluring natural caramel. We have watched over it and let it naturally evolve into a proud and warm, pure Folle Blanche brandy. Double distilled by an excited crew and cut with precision. Aged in French oak. The Marc for this brandy comes from many prestigious vineyards in Burgundy and especially Clos des Mouches. Marc de Bourgogne Joseph Drouhin Brandy 80PF / 750ML LIMITED Its color is intense dark amber. On the nose, there are aromas of gingerbread, tobacco, vanilla and dried fruits. Some tasters actually put a few drops of Marc on the back of their hand and smell it like perfume. On the palate, it is well balanced with a “soft” finish and hint of spices. Extremely rare. G.E. MASSENEZ FRANCE, ALSACE G.E. Massenez uses only choice, ripe, hand-picked fruit. The fruits are mashed and then allowed to go through a limited fermentation. The liquid is then distilled in copper stills fitted with a special device to create an especially slow and refined distillation. The marc of Gewürztraminer is one of the only French brandies of controlled appellation.
