Pearse The Original 5YO Irish Blended Whiskey 86PF / 750ML A blended 5-Year-Old Irish Whiskey aged in all Bourbon barrels. This whiskey is a grain and malt blend and contains malt whiskey produced in our own stills as part of the blend. GOLD The Spirit Business 2021, 2020 & 2019 Pearse Distiller’s Choice 7YO Irish Blended Whiskey 86PF / 750ML A blended 7-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of grain and malt whiskeys predominantly aged in Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Sherry barrel aged whiskey in the mix. This Irish Whiskey contains our own single malt. Best Blended Irish Whiskey Under 12yrs Old World Whisky Awards 2020 & 2021 Pearse Founder’s Choice 12YO Irish Single Malt Whiskey 86PF / 750ML Pearse Founder’s Choice is a 12-year-old Single Malt aged in ex-Bourbon barrels from our sister distillery, Town Branch Distillery in Lexington Kentucky. HIGH N WICKED IRELAND CORK High N’ Wicked Foursquare 2007 Cask 100PF / 750ML A Single Grain Irish Whiskey, originally distilled in County Cork, Ireland - with a mash bill of 95% French Maize (Corn) and 5% Irish Malted Barley in a twin column Coffey Still. Matured first in Ex-Bourbon Barrels and then finished for 6 months in casks that previously held the Award Winning “Mark X 2007” Barbados Rum from Foursquare Rum Distillery’s Exceptional Cask Selections Line. High N’ Wicked Rose Tattoo 119.8PF / 750ML A triple distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey, double-cask matured in Ex-Bourbon and then finished in Ex-Amarone Wine Casks. Released January 2025. High N’ Wicked The Wild Rover Irish Single Malt 116.8PF / 750ML This whiskey comes out of County Carlow, Ireland and is produced from locally sourced malt at the Royal Oak Distillery. It is first filled in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in 300L Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for 8 months. This is a one-time bottling of 1000 9L cases.

Delightful and layered. Deceptively smooth. Dutch apple pie, and caramelized pears, brown butter, fig jam and brioche with honey. This is like multiple dessert courses in a glass. Finishes long but smooth with great nutty characters.
