Roasted for 22 hours in masonry ovens, split by an axe, then slowly crushed by a mechanical tahona roller, custom built by Felipe from recycled parts. Slowly fermented over 5 days to develop flavor complexity, then distilled twice in copper pot stills. G4 Blanco

A MUSE The muse is a recurring image and theme within Italian art and culture dating back to the Renaissance and into the modern day. This persona is the inspiration for Italy’s newest Pinot Grigio brand, Flora Lisa. Flora Lisa, Winebow’s newest super-premium, organic Italian Pinot Grigio is a rich, aromatic white wine with classic, clean and refreshing Pinot Grigio cues. With a traceable origin and dedicated winemaker, Flora Lisa is produced in conjunction with Passione Natura, owned by Leonardo Pizzolo. Passione Natura specializes in high-quality, organic, and environmentally responsible wine production in Abruzzo, Italy. Flora Lisa Pinot Grigio 2023 Terre di Chieti is located in Abruzzo in Central Italy along the Adriatic Coast in the foothills of the Apennines Mountain range. The appellation is characterized by hilly areas enclosed within the mountains and coast. The warmer climate provides a unique flavor profile to the Pinot Grigio compared to Northern interpretations such as richer fruit, adding note of tangerine to the traditional green apple, peach and citrus, rounder texture and more exuberant aromatics. The philosophy for Flora Lisa in centered on driving environmentally conscious winemaking through new technologies, from vineyard to bottling. Not only are the wines produced from organic grapes, the packaging was designed to be sustainable using recycled materials. Tasting Notes: An aromatic white wine with lovely complexity on the palate led by notes of pear and jasmine.

Wine has been produced on the site of Saint Cosme since Roman times, evident by the ancient Gallo-Roman vats carved into the limestone below the château. The property has been in the hands of Louis Barruol’s family since 1490. Henri and Claude Barruol took over in 1957 and gradually moved Saint Cosme away from the bulk wine business. Henri was one of the first in the region to work organically beginning in the 1970s. Louis Barruol took over from his father in 1992, making a dramatic shift to quality, adding a négociant arm to the business in 1997, and converting to biodynamics in 2010. Saint Cosme Côtes du Rhône Saint Cosme Côtes-du-Rhône is produced from 100% Syrah and is from the stony Villafranchian terraces of the Gard. The vineyards are known for their limestone sand, red clay, and pebbles, which give a freshness and intensity to the Syrah grapes. The wine is partially destemmed, fermented with natural yeasts, and vinified in concrete vats. Tasting Notes: Syrah requires a warm climate to fully ripen but enough moderating effect to produce intense, aromatic wines that are not overwhelmed by sweetness and alcohol. This shows the varietal’s typical spicy notes of sandalwood, violets, and black pepper.

WELCOME TO THE ZETAVERSE

BLENDED RUM Unlike the white rums of today, which are often made from neutral or near neutral spirit, the white rums of the past had appreciable flavor. For the first time in history, Probitas is a joint venture between Caribbean distilleries to produce a blended rum. Coming from two of the most iconic distilleries in two of the most respected islands in the Caribbean for Rum making – Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, and Hampden Estate in Jamaica – blended by Master Distiller & Blender Richard Seale. Probitas Rum No sugar, flavor, color, nor neutral/

100% Puro de Agave, sourced from volcanic-rich soils in Jalisco, Mexico. Conceived in collaboration with second-generation Master Distiller Carlos Hernandez Ramos of La Cofradia and thought-leading craft cocktail bartenders, with the goal of producing a tequila that makes the very best cocktails.
