Thread Count Red Blend 2016

A blend of mostly Zinfandel with the balance composed of Petite Syrah and Merlot. To make Thread Count we begin by searching out quality grapes grown in the Sonoma County vineyards planted along the cool pacific coast. The unique soils of Sonoma also contribute exponentially to the quality of the wine grapes grown in them. Each site displays minor variations in soil, slope, clinal selection, rootstocks and trellising systems.

COLOR: Scarlet red.

AROMATICS: Black raspberry, milk chocolate and soft notes of ripe sweet cherry.

PALATE: Bold flavors of boysenberry pie, sugar cookie and toffee lead to subtle notes of strawberry jam and pepper spice. FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy this wine on its own, with tri-tip crostini, pork ribs with mashed potatoes or creamy au gratin potatoes. Feel free to experiment, you can’t go wrong.

Belle Glos Balade Pinot Noir 2019

Retail Value $54.99

100% Pinot Noir. The word Balade, French for ‘wandering,’ is a fitting term for our annual exploration of single vineyard Pinot Noir blocks from the West coast. During the 2019 growing season, one vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills AVA captivated us with its lovely fruit flavors, vibrant acidity, gorgeous color and amazing complexity. For us, this vineyard expresses the exemplary qualities of its location in one of the coolest climates for Pinot in California. The fruit offers small berries and great intensity.

AROMATICS: Blueberry cream crepes, toasty pie crust, melcocha and flan laced with bright yet black fruit. PALATE: Rich and mouth-filling, chalky firmness and round edges. Blackberry, huckleberry, plum, French toast, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Lingering finish with balanced acidity,

Elouan Chardonnay 2019

100% Chardonnay. When we first started with Elouan our goal was simple; to produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that reflected Oregon’s coastal regions. To do so, we bring together fruit from three distinct terrains along Oregon’s premiere Western vineyards which harmonize beautifully when blended as one. The diversity of these districts and a long growing season create wines with intense structure, while maintaining a vibrant acidity that sets them apart from the rest.

Color: Pale straw yellow

Aroma: abundant floral tones with acacia blossoms and rose petals accompanied by citrus & white pear.

Palate: Bright acidity with very light oak followed by flavors of tropical fruit, lime zest and a touch of nectarine. A smooth and well-balanced mouth-feel, with a lingering and bright finish.
