“PRIVATE CUVÉE” VINO SPUMANTE BRUT A blend of Glera (the new name for the Prosecco grape,) for long-lasting, expressive citrus notes; Chardonnay, for rich body and creamy texture; and Muscat, for fresh floral and grapey aromas. This fine Cuvée manages to be both playful and refined at the same time— sure to please even the most discerning palates.

PROSECCODOC BRUT Made fromGlera grapes sourced fromvarious vineyards in the hilly part of theDOC region, northeast of Conegliano. The first fermentation takes place after a brief maceration, which enhances the typical citrus and tropical aromas of the Glera grapes. These intense, fruity aromas are preserved through the second fermentation, which takes place in large temperature controlled stainless steel containers.

CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG BRUT LONG CHARMAT A small-production item, that is treated with delicate attention to detail and care from vineyard to cellar. Hand-selected grapes from the historic Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone of Prosecco spend an extended period of time in tanks during the second fermentation to allow for intense aromatics and soft, refined bubbles. Because of the extended time in tanks, this wine is released a fewmonths later than other vintage Proseccos.
