CHIANTI CLASSICODOCG GRAN SELEZIONE Gran Selezione is the newest addition to the Chianti Classico quality pyramid—it is considered the pinnacle of quality in the denomination, above Riserva. The classification calls for grapes harvested only from estate-owned vineyards, a minimum aging period of 30 months before release, a minimum ABV of 13%, and minimum dry extract of 26 g/l. Castello di Bossi’s Gran Selezione is a cuvee sourced from the best fruit on the estate in every vintage and will always contain components from the Berardo and Corbaia vineyards. The wine is refined in large tonneaux and demonstrates exceptional depth, length, and finesse.

VINTAGE: ______

MERLOT TOSCANA IGT GIROLAMO Named for the oldest vineyard of Merlot, planted in Bossi more than 40 years ago, the muscular Girolamo is made entirely from Merlot grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless steel for extra smoothness and complexity. Girolamo is then aged in Allier barriques for approximately two years to achieve an elegant combination of fruitiness, softened tannins, and body.

VINTAGE: ______

TOSCANA IGT CORBAIA Named for the vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in Bossi more than 40 years ago, this Super-Tuscan is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Corbaia is stainless steel-fermented and matured in Allier oak barriques, which results in a wine of superb finesse and elegance.
