Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOP 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, the fruit undergoes a gentle crush followed by a pre-fermentation cold maceration. The must from the first press, separated by gravity, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Soft, floral and pleasantly dry with crisp, fresh acidity and zesty citrus aromas.

Pinot Grigio Terre di Chieti IGP 100% Pinot Grigio, the must undergoes a long fermentation at a controlled temperature. Crisp and elegant with enticing aromas of stone fruit lime, and Pinot Grigio’s classic bitter-almond finish, Citra Pinot Grigio is delightfully well-balanced.

Chardonnay Terre di Chieti IGP After the hand-harvested grapes are lightly crushed, the must is moved to stainless steel tanks and then fermented at a controlled temperature. The natural corpulence of the Chardonnay grape adds substance to the mid-palate while the overall profile of the wine remains cheerful and refreshing.

Rosato Terre di Chieti IGP A rosé wine from Montepulciano grapes, the must is held for a short period (seven to eight hours) in contact with the skins at low temperatures to allow a gentle color extraction before being fermented to dryness at a controlled temperature. The soft pink hue of Citra Rosato hints at the delicate aromas of Ranier cherry, ripe watermelon, pink grapefruit, and wild strawberry that abound in the glass. A firm backbone of crisp acidity enlivens the palate and begs another sip!

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOP 100% Montepulciano grapes are hand-harvested from the small parcels tended by the many families that make up Codice Citra. The wine is vinified carefully in stainless steel. Frequent pumpovers ensure gentle extraction of color and flavor components. The resulting wine is a deep ruby in color with purple highlights. Classico Montepulciano aromas of wild berry, dried herbs, and black pepper are framed by chewy tannin and bright acidity.

Merlot Terre di Chieti IGP 100% Merlot grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration at a controlled temperature. The must is frequently pumped over to gently draw out aromatics and color. The wine is
