Labrusca Rosso Emilia IGP Lini’s most famous wine is a result of more than 100 years of experience in this region. Extremely dry and lightly tannic with notes of blackberry and raspsberry, this wine is a blend of 85% Salamino and 15% Ancellotta, a grape traditionally associated with Lambrusco for its dark color and fruity notes. Cold cuts and earthy “Emiliana” cuisine are the traditional companions for this wine.

In Correggio Lambrusco Rosé Emilia IGP Six months in autoclave compresses the bubbles and enhances the flavors of this wine whose motherland is clearly stated in its name. Very intense floral notes and fruity sensations of marasca cherry and raspberry make this wine a great pairing for innovative dishes as well as traditional ones. Sushi and white roasted meats are among the most interesting pairings.

In Correggio Lambrusco Scuro Emilia IGP The peak of Lini Charmat line. A blend of 80% Salamino, 15% Ancellotta and 5% Grasparossa (the biggest and more tannic grape in the Lambrusco family) this wine spends at least six months in autoclave. “An ocean of violets in bloom”, blackberries, currants and black cherries elegant and long, this is the quintessential Lambrusco. It’s a fantastic pairing with all of Emilia’s most famous cold cuts (prosciutto di Parma above all) especially with two drops of Lini Balsamic vinegar and some Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Metodo Classico Rosso VSQ Before autoclaves made their way to Emilia, Lini used the Metodo Classico to craft their beautiful wines. A passion that never left the family, their top wine continues to be crafted in this style with a minimum of 36 months on the yeast that results in a super elegant wine where intense floral notes give way to wild berries and spices. Made with 100% Salamino, this is the award-winning wine that first won Lini a well-deserved place at Wine Spectator’s Opera Wine.
