The same proprietary mashbill of 77% corn, 10% rye and 13% malted barley is the same to this day. Medley Bros. Bourbon Whiskey 4yr 102PF / 750ML Little brother to Wathen’s Single Barrel Kentucky Bourbon. This 4YO is very rich with good wood flavors, and a little bit of grain. (77% corn, 10% rye, and 13% barley malt aged in oak) While higher proof than most, its smooth cocoa and barrel notes make it a delicious choice. A seriously good Bourbon for the money and an incredibly priced 100+ proof bourbon to target the craft cocktail movement. Rough Rider The Happy Warrior Bourbon 114PF / 750ML Rough Rider Happy Warrior fills fewer than a couple of hundred cases per batch. This straight bourbon whisky is aged for a minimum of four years prior to additional maturation in French Oak casks (Merlot & Chardonnay) that have been rinsed with high proof brandy. When ideal flavor and balance are achieved, Happy Warrior is hand-bottled straight from the cask. Incredibly smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor.
