And unlike our forefathers, we don’t mind at all if people see us work. That’s why we distill, craft, bottle and package everything by hand in our unique Logan Square facility in the full view of our visitors. Grains are steeped, fermented, and distilled in small batches in a copper column to produce a creamy, sophisticated spirit that reflects the true essence of Sicily.
