After “perfuming” the glass with Gran Bassano Bianco Vermouth, we open the oyster shell and use the liquid to enhance the cocktail’s aromas and flavors. Only later comes Marconi 42 Gin. The cocktail is then mixed with 1 dash of Tabasco and garnished with the oyster.
