With burnt cane sugar syrup as a base, we built in complex and nuanced notes of citrus, winter spices, and bittering agents to create a product with many uses. Small-Batch Tonic Syrup Non-AlcPF / 473ML Made using a quinine distillate, a subtle selection of botanicals and a touch of cane sugar. Light, crisp and refreshing, with a soft backbone of quinine, this elixir is incredibly quaffable and pairs with all manner of gins. It has garnered kudos from t GQ, the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Small-Batch Grenadine Non-AlcPF / 473ML This Grenadine is sweet, tart, bright and highly perfumed. Crafted from pomegranate juice from a small family farm in Madera, CA; this Grenadine is rich and full-flavored up front, and then gives way to a bright, tropical finish that lifts a drinks profile; use it to create new cocktails, or classic drinks like a Ward 8, Jack Rose, El Presidente, or Monkey Gland. Small Batch-Elderflower Tonic Syrup Non-AlcPF / 473ML Made with a combination of quinine and dried elderflower. Subtly floral and enjoyably bitter. Pairs with Classic gins, bourbon and even tequila. Jack Rudy Margarita Mix Non-AlcPF / 946ML This version is modeled after the famed “Tommy’s Margarita” recipe, a version created in the early nineties with a straightforward blend of three ingredients: Tequila, fresh lime, and agave syrup; and as luck would have it, our mix is lower in calories and sugar than all the major Margarita mixes on the shelf. Our version is made with high quality lime and agave and finished with a touch of cane sugar. The overall effect is a balanced, delicious mix that is perfect for a classic or frozen Margarita, with bright, zippy notes of lime and a sweetness that resists being cloying or overpowering. It is, in our estimation, perfect. Jack Rudy Cocktail Bloody Mary Mix Non-AlcPF / 946ML Our Bloody Mary includes tomato juice, hot sauce, horseradish and Worcestershire - but the note that really sets it apart is the brightness from the use of lemon, which gives it lift, and an elegance unmatched by other brands. Jack Rudy Cocktail Demerara Syrup Non-AlcPF / 237ML The gorgeous amber color of our Demerara Syrup is the first thing you’ll notice, a departure from the clear simple syrups so prevalent behind the bar. On its own, the warm flavor has a nuanced roundness, leaving subtle notes of toffee and caramel on the palate. But rather than overtaking the flavors of the other ingredients, our Demerara Syrup was born to elevate them. Use it in place of any syrup or sugar for your craft cocktails, coffees, or desserts. Jack Rudy Olive Brine Non-AlcPF / 750ML Working with our olive farm, we developed a delicious, full-flavored Brine that elevates the Dirty Martini to new heights. Aged naturally for 10 months, this mother brine boasts an incredibly robust flavor profile. This will become a must have for any home bar (or restaurant bar!) looking for the ideal Dirty Martini.
