PLUM 75 1 oz UME Plum Liqueur 0.5 oz gin 0.25 oz lemon juice 0.25 oz simple syrup (1:1) Sparkling wine Lemon twist

Add all ingredients (except sparkling wine) to a shaker over ice and short shake until chilled. Double strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
