MIRABEAU FRANCE Before we made a drop of our award-winning Mirabeau Riviera Gin, we wanted to ensure that our vision for this unique product was perfectly articulated. This gave rise to letting us be guided by these three essential truths behind our gin: True To Gin | True To The French Riviera| True To Mirabeau Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin 86PF / 200ML / 750ML At its core, Mirabeau Riviera is a classic dry gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which has been upcycled from leftover grape skins, discarded during the wine making process. This adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. The addition of some of Mirabeau’s Provence Rosé gives luxurious texture to the finished gin. Lemon and coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and angelica root impart floral and earthy tones, respectively. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, bay, thyme and rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous OPPIDAN USA, ILLINOIS Oppidan pays respect to one of the world’s oldest crafts while taking a distinctively modern perspective. Our spirits’ unique personalities can be enjoyed alone or in a cocktail. Oppidan American Botanical Gin 86PF / 750ML / 1.0L We deviated from the standard London Dry style to create a unique and refreshing perspective with floral and citrus notes unseen in this category. Freshly peeled pink grapefruit. Elderflower, hibiscus, and chamomile give American Botanical Gin a light floral nose balanced by the spice of ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon. MISGUIDED SPIRITS USA, WISCONSIN Misguided Bathhouse Johns Well Dressed Gin 80PF / 750ML / 1.0L Even those from the wrong side of the street dress up well. Strong with a bit of edge, Well Dressed American dry Gin is the broken hero that stands out in any drinking occasion. Well dressed with plenty of flavor, Well Dressed Gin boasts hints of Juniper, Lavender, and a touch of citrus with a light crispness that softens as the botanicals open up to recreate an early spring morning with every sip. POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY, VENETO Gin Marconi is the result of a long tradition in distilling and of the innovative capacity of the Poli family, who has been distilling with an artisanal still since 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto. Poli Distillerie Marconi 42 Gin 84PF / 700ML Gin Marconi is an Italian gin, artisanally distilled in small batches by Jacopo Poli with Crysopea, his own vacuum bain-marie pot still: a unique method of distillation that enables to obtain intense scents, clean taste, and a long lasting aromatic persistence. RIGHT GIN SWEDEN RIGHT Gin is a Citrus Forward, New Western Style Gin conceived by Lyons Brown. Blended and made in Sweden by Master Blender Henrik Facile. Each of the eight botanicals used are very carefully sourced for the best character, distilled separately under specific conditions special for that botanical, then blended to create a very elegant, balanced and unique expression of Gin. Right Gin 94PF / 750ML RIGHT works exceptionally well in classic Gin cocktails, taken neat, and pairs beautifully with fresh and seasonal flavors.

This is the first spirit in our Experiment Collection. We reimagined our standard gin by adding a smoke element and barrel aging. Grapefruit peel was smoked over pecan wood and added to the gin. From here, we aged for 3–5 months in new and used oak. Lastly, we cold smoked maple and agave syrups to transform the gin into an old tom gin and punch up the smoke. Oppidan Botanical Gin 100PF / 1.0L Loads of citrus lead the charge with grapefruit and lemon peel at the front. Backed up by floral, pepper, and ginger notes.

We’ve been growing our own Juniper berries since 1996, so making gin seemed the natural thing to do. With careful attention, we set out to painstakingly use only the best ingredients and day-by-day, added to the blend to create a luxurious and pure gin.
