SIEMBRA SPIRITS MEXICO Siembra Spirits works with small family operations, showcasing different distilleries and terroirs. All 100% agave. Their portfolio features Siembra Valles (lowlands); Siembra Azul (highland); and Siembra Metl, the first certified Mezcal Michoacáno imported into the U.S. Siembra Azul Tequila Blanco 80PF / 750ML Siembra Azul is made from the finest Blue Weber agave, from Arandas, Jalisco. Grown without the use of pesticides in small orchards that are owned and operated by the Vivanco family. Siembra Azul Reposado 80PF / 750ML Aged for over three months, in our white oak “medium toast” barrels from the Missouri Ozark. A light, honey colored nectar of bold flavor bearing hints of chocolate, butterscotch and almond. Siembra Azul Tequila Añejo 80PF / 750ML A commanding, mature spirit, the Añejo is rested for about 18 months in white oak “medium toast” barrels that come from the Ozarks in Missouri. The spirit begins with a subtle nose with a hint of bitterness. After opening up, the nose can detect oak with notes of vanilla. Siembra Valles Tequila Blanco 80PF / 750ML Coats your mouth with dry spices, dates, figs, the buttery aroma of orange blossoms, flowers, and copper straight from the still. Siembra Valles Blanco High Proof 94PF / 750ML
Uses a slow distillation process that yields a tequila of higher alcohol content. Siembra Valles High Proof is bottled at 92-proof after resting for at least one year in glass demijohns. Siembra Valles Reposado Tequila 80PF / 750ML Has a natural sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits, cacao, coffee, tobacco, and vanilla from the barrel, and minerals and roasted notes of the agave. The finish has a pleasant bitterness signifying the maturation of the juice in the Missouri Ozark barrels. Siembra Valles Añejo 80PF / 750ML This añejo uses proprietary oak barrels, only used to age Siembra Valles’ sister project, Siembra Azul. Full bodied with scents of agave, nuts, toasted caramel, The Siembra Spirits Aniversario series is an annual release of unique and carefully selected Tequilas showcasing the most outstanding examples of traditional production. As a tribute to Destileria Cascahuin founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, his image is featured on the front label. Siembra Valles Ancestral 100.4PF / 750ML How Tequila was originally made; wild fermentation, hand mashed and distilled in a wooden still. The only tequila of its kind in the world. It glazes the mouth with a soothing silky feel. Tones of sweet agave dominate the forefront as pine, bitterness, and smoke linger. spices, vanilla, and floral tones. VOLANS MEXICO, JALISCO Volans Blanco Tequila 80PF / 750ML
Volans Blanco tequila unaged and made from fully mature Blue Weber Agave & a mix of three sources of water – Rain, +450ft deep well, and spring water. It has been oxygenated or aerated. It is a truly enjoyable Blanco tequila to sip slowly. Volans Still Strength Blanco Tequila 106PF / 750ML
Volans Still Strength Blanco is our newest expression. It boasts a breakdown of 40% spring water and 60% deep-well water. Ten percent of the overall expression is derived from fiber-fermented tequila. Volans Reposado Tequila 80PF / 750ML Volans Reposado Tequila is ‘rested’ in used American white oak bourbon barrels for under one year. This imparts complexity, aromas, & flavors. It is lighter in color and has a kiss of barrel notes. Volans Extra Añejo is a limited-edition tequila aged for over 3 1/2 years in used American White Oak Barrels. The color is lighter than normal extra añejos due to the age of our barrels (20+ years). Although light in color, it shows every bit of character you want in an extra añejo, including agave. Volans 6Yr Extra Añejo Tequila 86PF / 700ML Our 6-year Extra Añejo was bottled at 43% ABV and is presented in a 700 ml Limited Edition bottle and gift box designed and produced in Jalisco.
