AIRMAIL 1 oz Batavia Arrack van Oosten 0.5 oz demerara syrup (2:1) 0.75 oz lime juice Strain into a coupe. Top with 2 oz sparkling wine. Garnish with lime wheel.
REFRESHED ROSA 1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa 1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry 0.5 oz IPA Garnish with a lemon peel.
DRAFT OF SMOKE Build in a pint glass: 2 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro 12 oz grapefruit Radler (or grapefruit IPA)
ALPES APERITIF 2 oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina 2 oz non-alcoholic apple cider or dry hard apple cider. Garnish with a lemon peel.
