Concocted at The Old Absinthe House bar in New Orleans in 1874 and served to famous people such as Mark Twain, Oscar Wilde and General Robert E. Lee. Served on crushed ice for a refreshing, bracing beverage. (Unless you hate black licorice, of course!) Absinthe Frappe 1.5 oz Golden Moon Redux Absinthe .5 oz Simple syrup 2 oz Soda water Build over crushed or pebble ice, quick stir, garnish with fresh mint sprig.
