Tequila Cimarron

Jalisco, Mexico (Haas Brothers)

Their highland 100% estate grown Blue Agave tequila is distilled to a drier profile for lighter cocktail sweetness, allowing for greater creative expression by mixologists and bartenders. Rich earth agave character and pronounced highland aromatics are balanced with a delicate smoothness and a bright, flavorful finish to create an ideal canvas for intricate contemporary cocktails. Cimarron, Blanco Tequila Medium body, crystal clear, vegetal and earthy, with subtle spice on the nose. Dry, bright agave characteristics on the palate. Cimarron, Reposado Tequila Medium bodied, aged in 20,000 liter American oak vats for 3-6 months. Amber, light straw colored, with aromas of vanilla spice, soft oak with a subtle taste of caramel and vanilla with a underlying dry earthiness.
