Golden Moon Distillery

Golden Moon Distillery was founded by Stephen Gould and Karen Knight in early 2008 specifically to produce premium hand- crafted herbal liquors and liqueurs. They use the best available herbs, spices and botanicals, made with the same type of artisan production processes utilized by distillers making premium products in the mid-to-late 1800s. Golden Moon, Gin Golden Moon Gin is distilled using the finest herbs, spices and botanicals available, including wild-crafted mint, juniper berries, and locally grown herbs and botanicals from the Front Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains near Golden Colorado. Golden Moon, Port Reserve Gin 2014’s Reserve Gin was conditioned in wet port casks from one of the top port-style wine producers in Napa Valley, California. Using freshly emptied wet port casks made from French oak from the Limousin forest results in a gin with a totally unique flavor, a wonderful rose-red color and a silky-smooth mouth feel. 600 bottles produced.
