Scotland (Opici - Market Street Spirits) Tullibardine stands proudly in the village of Blackford – the gateway to the Highlands. As a family-owned, independent distillery, they believe in doing things the traditional way, respecting their heritage whilst ensuring that they look to the future. One of the few distilleries in Scotland to distill, mature and bottle all on-site. Tullibardine, Sovereign Tullibardine’s Signature Single Malt has been matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Beautifully golden with its floral, sweet barley notes and subtle hints of vanilla. Tullibardine, 225 Sauternes Finish Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in 225 litre Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes casks. Beautifully golden with hints of citrusy lime on the nose and hints of vanilla and oatmeal. Tullibardine, 228 Burgundy Finish The auburn hue comes directly from its time spent in the 228 litre barriques that previously held pinot noir. Evolves as hints of red cherries and vanilla with hints of chocolate and Turkish Delight. Tullibardine, 500 Sherry Finish Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and then for a period of time in 500 Litre Pedro Ximenez Sherry Butts, which gives this its nutty brown color. Aged in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 20 years, this rich, golden whisky is beautifully floral on the nose and delightfully balanced with hints of vanilla, honey and butterscotch. Tullibardine, 25 Year Old This whisky was matured for a minimum of 25 years in ex-sherry Hogsheads. Amazingly, no oaky notes appear for a whisky of this age.
