Vermouth
Created by Nick Jarrett, who was working at 2 to 7 bars in either Philadelphia or New York at the time. This is what happens when you never sleep, or work in the same bar for more than a day. And yet, it’s as refreshing as a hot towel on a long flight.
LIQUEURS VERMOUTH AMARO • BITTERS ABSINTHE
Prizefighter Mint + 2 lemon wedges + pinch salt – muddled
.25 oz. Lemon .75 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
(We prefer Imbue Classic Sweet or Del Professore Rosso)
1 oz Fernet-Vallet Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass or julep tin. Muddle, then fill with crushed ice. Garnish with plenty of mint.
