Distillery co-owners Matt Hottenroth and Jasin Hope bring a combined three decades of experience in the service industry to the table. Dogwood was founded to make fine mid-shelf liquors that display tremendous versatility while staying true to their micro- distillery roots.

Dogwood, Haint Absinthe Perfectly sized at 375ml. They blend locally-sourced alpine herbs with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir that has been distilled in an elegant brandy in their handmade stainless steel still. In this way, their absinthe possesses a natural finish with clean, bright botanical notes and hints of fresh rain on the palate. Prominent botanicals of the 20 used: Wormwood, Damiana, Hyssop, Fennel Pollen, Spearmint, Star Anise.
