ArteNOM, 1579 Tequila Blanco This highland blanco selection comes from Felipe Camarena, of the famed Camarena family. One of Mexico’s newest distilleries, El Pandillo uses modern innovations while embracing traditional ideals towards sustainability and energy efficiency. ArteNOM, 1549 Tequila Organico Blanco This valley-agave selection comes from El Arenal, where Ramón Sandoval carefully distills this delicious un-aged tequila from certified-organic agave. The valley growing conditions lend this spirit a distinctive herbaceous flavor with warm aromatics, and a fresh, vegetal From Arandas (elev. 5,400’), Feliciano Vivanco has been cultivating highland agave since Mexico’s tumultuous post-revolutionary period of 1919–1929. The family rekindled an old practice of yeast cultivation from the leaves of the pencas of the agave plant. ArteNOM, 1146 Tequila Añejo This añejo selection from Enrique Fonseca consists of two batches aged in different French bouquet with intriguing notes of cacao and subtle spice.
