Soft, smooth, and full-bodied.
WEST CORK IRELAND As the only Irish distillery that malts its own barley, uses only fresh, local spring water and exclusively utilizes pot stills for all its distillations, producing its entire line in small batches. By the 19th century Irish Whiskey reached global appreciation as it was recognized as the premier whiskey due to its unique taste and smoothness. Today, the Golden Triangle in the heart of The Liberties is making a remarkable revival. Pearse Lyons Distillery is proud to be part of the rejuvenation of this historic area of Dublin city. Pearse Distiller’s Choice 7YO Irish Blended Whiskey 86PF / 750ML A blended 7-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of grain and malt whiskeys predominantly aged in Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Sherry barrel aged whiskey in the mix. This Irish Whiskey contains our own single malt.
