Heirloom Alchermes Liqueur 80PF / 750ML Intensely aromatic, Alchermes recollects memories of long ago. On the nose it’s warm, earthy, and gently floral. A cornucopia of cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, and vanilla grace the palette while rose whispers it’s way throughout. A mysterious and inviting potion, Alchermes Intricately balanced floral aromas are derived from a select blend of flowers to create a bouquet of delight. Sweet and citrusy elderflower dance joyously to The Rite of Spring alongside floral and earthy tones of marigold and orris root. The choir of eight sing harmoniously into the amber hued liquid, culminating with a gentle bittersweet crescendo. Heirloom Genepy Liqueur 102PF /750ML This liqueur is composed of 28 barks, flowers, roots, seeds, leaves, and herbs, each one like a stroke of color in a liquid landscape. Inspired by alpine foragers and liquorists, it is all at once sharp yet cool, savory yet spicy, icy yet mellow and at its rewards each sip with a new experience. Warm notes of cinnamon, caramel and vanilla and hints of cherry cola fill the nose. Succulent tropical fruit and baked goods introduce the palette to a woodsy and earthy finish of bitter delight.

This amaro is unique in that it is brought to proof (bottling strength) using cold brewed coffee from KC roaster Thou Mayest. Caffe Amaro 62PF / 750ML Gentian, orange peel, cardamom, and mint are macerated into wheat spirit then blended with cold brew.
