GIN
ALKKEMIST SPAIN Alkkemist Gin acquires its particular personality from the full moon’s influence. Its distillation during the full moon holds an intimate relation with the mystery around its formula. A making process that takes place under the moon. Keeping immortality, a safe secret. The light of a discovery. The first gin made with Samphire and Muscat grape. Art, inspiration, creation ... And a halo of immortality. Alkkemist Gin 80PF / 750ML Alkkemist Gin is born on a base of grain alcohol 3 times distilled. Made in traditional copper alembics, with a quadruple distillation with only the heart of each distillation extracted to obtain a pure mixture, guarantying a perfect fusion between grain and 21 carefully selected botanicals. This is the first gin to use Muscat grapes, being added at the end of the process adding an exquisite, exclusive scent. ARBIKIE HIGHLAND ESTATE SCOTLAND Arbikie Distillery is the first single-site, field to bottle distillery in Scotland to produce both white and brown spirits using traditional Scotch distilling methods and equipment. Arbikie AK’s Gin 86PF / 750ML This characterful gin is named after Alexander Kirkwood Stirling (aka AK), the father of founders Iain, John, and David. This gin is a tribute to AK. The spirit is created entirely on the Arbikie estate using their wheat, water, and honey from the land’s own bees. It is distilled in copper stills and bottled in the distillery. They have weaved in botanicals to give it earthy and spicy hints and honey to add a subtle smoothness. Arbikie Kirsty’s Gin 86PF / 750ML Arbikie’s Master Distiller, Kirsty Black, carefully chose the botanicals of seaweed, Carline Thistle, and Blueberries to capture the elements of sea, rock and land that influence our distillery. Unlike many other spirits, Kirsty’s Gin base spirit is distilled on the Arbikie estate, allowing the distillery to specifically tailor it to complement the gin’s botanical flavors. Arbikie Nàdar Gin 86PF / 750ML Climate Positive Gin. Meaning ‘Nature’ in Gaelic, Nàdar harnesses the power of nature and science to create the world’s first climate positive gin made from peas. A revolutionary spirit for the spirits industry, with a carbon footprint of -1.54 kg CO2e per 700ml bottle, Nàdar is at the forefront of fighting climate change and biodiversity loss, the biggest challenges humankind has ever faced.
