Their exclusive formula blends almost 80 herbs and spices which give it that very special touch. Yzaguirre Clasico Rojo Vermouth 30PF / 1.0L With a mahogany color and orange highlights, this vermouth has Deep yellow colour, highly aromatic, velvety and pleasant to the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes. Twelve months of aging in oak barrels give it consistency and character. Perfect as an everyday aperitif or early evening drink, or with Asian or spicy food. Yzaguirre Reserva Dry Vermouth 30PF / 1.0L Light straw yellow. Intense aroma. Velvety and pleasant in the mouth, with notes of herbs and spices. Aged one year in oak barrels, excellent for cocktails combined with gin and lemon. Yzaguirre Reserva Rosado Vermouth 36PF / 1.0L Bright cherry in color, displaying aromas of caramel and herbs, and light balsamic. Refreshing and smooth it makes and ideal light aperitif. Serve very chilled over ice. It is sweeter and lighter than traditional vermouth.
