DAMILANO ITALY Rooted in ancient medicinal traditions, Barolo Chinato originated in the pharmacies of the Langhe region. This prestigious aromatized wine is crafted by infusing Barolo with alcoholic extracts of Cinchona calisaya bark (quinine), rhubarb, gentian, and warming spices like cinnamon and licorice, creating a complex, historic digestif. Damilano Barolo Chinato 33PF / 500ML A wine based on DOCG Barolo, with aromatic herbs and china bark. It has a red garnet hue with orange reflections. Fresh, sweet and structured with a slightly bitter finish, it is particularly good as an elixir for meditation. French vermouth offerings from a single estate that produces Pineau des Charentes grape must with the addition of cognac. Fresh and lively palate with floral and citrus notes that evolve into a luscious finish provided by the Pineau. La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Blanc 32PF / 375ML / 750ML The subtle combination of 18 plants and the blend of white wines and Pineau des Charentes Blanc. A color of light gold with a fresh and lively bouquet with floral and citrus aromas, which give way to succulent aromas provided by the Pineau. MULASSANO ITALY, PIEDMONT Only first-class quality ingredients are used for the production of Mulassano Vermouth. The plants, roots and botanicals for infusion are picked by climbers entirely by hand from the Occitan Alpine region. The production is all done at Bordiga Distillery, one of the sole vermouth producers existing without interruption for the past 200 years. Lacuesta Vermut Blanco 30PF / 750ML 100% Airen white wine infused with 24 plants. Menthol, chamomile, and vanilla on the nose. Licorice, cinnamon, and ginger on the palate. Lacuesta Vermut Dry 30PF / 750ML Twenty plants and herbs are used in cold maceration to elaborate this white vermut. Lacuesta Vermut Rojo 30PF / 750ML / 5.0L The botanicals herbs and aromatic plants cold-macerated in white wine are aged in American oak barrels for 3 years before being blended with a white wine base, then aged for another 3 months in French oak. Lacuesta Vermut Acacia Reserva 30PF / 750ML Floral and bright in fragrance, this barrel-aged vermouth (an aged expression of the standard rojo) has an engaging vinuous texture, and a gentle touch of flowers and spice on the palate. 95pts Wine Enthusiast
