Yzaguirre Clasico Blanco Vermouth 30PF / 1.0L Still manufactured following the traditional methods of the venerable winemakers that sprang up in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Their exclusive formula blends almost 80 herbs and spices which give it that very special touch. Yzaguirre Clasico Rojo Vermouth 30PF / 1.0L With a mahogany color and orange highlights, this vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Yzaguirre Reserva Blanco Vermouth 36PF / 1.0L Deep yellow colour, highly aromatic, velvety and pleasant to the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes. Twelve months of aging in oak barrels give it consistency and character. Perfect as an everyday aperitif or early evening drink, or with Asian or spicy food. Yzaguirre Reserva Dry Vermouth 30PF / 1.0L Light straw yellow. Intense aroma. Velvety and pleasant in the mouth, with notes of herbs and spices. Aged one year in oak barrels, excellent for cocktails combined with gin and lemon. Yzaguirre Reserva Rosado Vermouth 36PF / 1.0L Bright cherry in color, displaying aromas of caramel and herbs, and light balsamic. Refreshing and smooth it makes and ideal light aperitif. Serve very chilled over ice. It is sweeter and lighter than traditional vermouth. Yzaguirre Reserva Rojo Vermouth 36PF / 1.0L Dark amber in color, very aromatic, velvety and pleasant on the palate, with notes of herbs, spices and citrus. Twelve months of aging in oak barrels give it consistency and character. Perfect as an everyday aperitif or an early evening drink. Perfect for seasoning meat, shellfish paella, desserts and patisserie. Yzaguirre Reserva Sel 1884 40PF / 750ML A premium product, aged for three years in old oak barrels. Powerful and unique aroma. Intense, sweet and velvety in the mouth. Very long and original aftertaste, with intense bitter notes. Perfect as a drink at the end of the meal, with chocolate desserts or a good coffee.
