Balm Cocktail 2 oz Emilio Hidalgo Fino .75 oz fresh orange juice .5 oz Nardini Cedro or Vedrenne triple sec 2 dashes Angostura® bitters 2 slices oranges Mix all ingredients & shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with flamed orange peel.
Bamboo Cocktail 1 oz Emilio Hidalgo Fino sherry 1 oz Del Professore Bianca vermouth 1 dash orange bitters Stir in a cocktail glass Garnish with a twist of lemon or orange peel.
Cream Sherry Cobbler 2.5 oz Emilio Hidalgo Morenita Cream Sherry 1 tsp superfine sugar 3 oz club soda Add the sugar to an old-fashioned glass. Pour in club soda, stir to dissolve. Add crushed ice to top of glass. Add sherry & stir well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of orange, & a slice of lemon.
