NARDINI ITALY , BASSANO DEL GRAPPA Nardini, with its two distilleries and state-of-the-art manufacturing system, makes grappas and grappa-based liqueurs that evoke the rich traditions of the Veneto region. Nardini Aqua di Cedro Liqueur 1.0L / 60PF A grappa-based liqueur made from the peel of the cedro lemon; this unusual fruit lends a delightful tartness that balances the sweetness. Similar to a limoncello, but clear. Mix in an array of cocktails or enjoy chilled. 90-95pts Wine Enthusiast Nardini Mandorla 1.0L / 100PF While almond aroma is well to the fore, Nardini employs a cherry distillate to balance the nut’s naturally bitter flavor. Mandorla has a slightly sweet aftertaste, making it a natural first-time grappa for those new to the spirit. Excellent as a sour or an Alexander. Since the ancient times the properties of the Matricaria Camomilla have been known, these flowers are infused in grain alcohol, Grappa and sugar. After about three months the essential oils of the flowers give a golden color and an aroma of summer meadow to this liqueur, those tasting claim it alone helps the relaxation. Poli Distillerie Miele Honey Liqueur 750ml / 70PF Poli’s Miele is made with grappa and acacia honey, with essential oils of muga pine, juniper, mint and sweet, scented verbena which offers delightful balsamic sensations. Miele di Poli has intense aromas of acacia and orange blossoms. On the palate it is sweet with secondary notes of balsam, juniper and mint; overall delightful and rich. Our Caffé Amaro is a one-of-a-kind take on Coffee Liqueurs. Amaro (the Italian word for ‘bitter’) is a category of liqueur characterized by its bitter, herbal, and slightly sweet flavor which stems from the use of botanicals, herbs, and cane syrup. This amaro is unique in that it is brought down to proof (bottling strength) using cold brewed coffee from KC roaster Thou Mayest. ESPRESSO MARTINI INGREDIENTS 2 oz. vodka ½ oz. J Rieger Caffe Amaro 1 oz. espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate) ½ oz. simple syrup Garnish: coffee beans DIRECTIONS Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
