BARREL AGED MANHATTAN 3 Bottles Breckenridge Bourbon 14oz Breckenridge Bitter 6oz Antica Carpano While making the cocktail, add two and a half ounces of the barrel aged concoction and two dashes of dashing bitters of choice (barrel aged whiskey bitters, orange, smoked orange, walnut, etc.) to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain up or on the rocks. Garnish with a luxardo cherry.

In a mixing glass, add one sugar cube, two dashes of Peychauds, and three ounces of the barrel aged concoction. Add ice, stir, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Add two and a half ounces of the barrel aged concoction to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

BRECKENRIDGE BLEND OF STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEYS Deep honey-amber hue with warm, pronounced aromas of under-ripe banana and brown sugar, with spicy notes of white pepper and toasted sesame. Light body with warm texture and long sweet oak, vanilla finish with a touch of bitterness to balance. Reminiscent of a slice of toasted rye bread with honey drizzled on it. BRECKENRIDGE HIGH PROOF Preserving the essence of our raw barrel character by bottling at a gripping 105 proof, our Distiller’s High Proof Blend represents the whiskey as our master blenders experience it (for the true experience sip 20 samples at 8:00 AM, before coffee). Deep burnt umber hue with aromas of rich butter caramel and toasted almond paste. Medium body with a luscious vanilla sugar flavor and a long balanced fnish. BRECKENRIDGE SPICED WHISKEY Our infamous apothecary is wide open with this aromatic expression of carefully selected whole roots and Winter spices infused by hand with International renowned, gold medal-winning, Breckenridge Bourbon. A neat dram of this beauty is meant to be enjoyed freside on the mountain. BRECKENRIDGE WHISKEY PORT CASK FINISH Our award winning Bourbon Whiskey gets some fnal grooming in 59 gallon Tawny Port casks of various age for 4-6 months, adding aroma and flavor of sultana raisin and maple syrup to round out and soften the natural spicy fnish. Finished in 8-10 barrel batches when superior port casks become available, each release will have a unique expression unto itself. BRECKENRIDGE WHISKEY PX CASK FINISH Our Whiskey emerged with complex layers of Fig Compote, Orange Marmalade, and Licorice to complement the Sweet Oak and Vanilla character of our world renowned Bourbon Whiskey. Well-rounded aromas of fg compote, almond butter, and black licorice lead us to rich full-bodied flavors of orange marmalade and Madagascar vanilla bean. Long fnish of sweet oak and ripe sultanas with perfectly balanced heat. BRECKENRIDGE RESERVE BLEND The reserve blend program was created to showcase qualities of our bourbon that discerning connoisseurs can appreciate. It consists of four distinct blends that offer the customer a special invitation to see the beauty of the ​ bourbon ​aging process and the affects of charring that come out in these expressions. Still soft and luscious, these blends capture a different take on the way bourbon can grow up and present itself at maturity. BRECKENRIDGE WHISKEY DISTILLED FROM MALT MASH Rich notes of dark chocolate and English toffee on the nose with a well integrated dose of perfectly balanced oak. Flavors are dense and concentrated; offering rich malt flavors with burnt orange undertones. Four patient years in a combination of new American oak and used Bourbon cask has developed a fne and elegant whiskey experience.

BRECKENRIDGE PEAR FLAVORED VODKA Colorado’s Western Slope produces some of our Nation’s fnest fruits, and we always look forward to the summer harvest. Year after year we pressed these pears for cider and selfshly drank it all ourselves – sorry, but not really. The decision to make pear Brandy for the flavor base in this Vodka was born from the request of our favorite bartenders who had a niche to fll. The balance, beautiful pear notes, and mouth feel of this Vodka have made it an instant favorite. BRECKENRIDGE ESPRESSO FLAVORED VODKA We’re obsessed with flavors and revere the coffee bean. Finding the right Swiss water decaffeinated espresso beans to marry with the intense mineral content of our Breckenridge water took a lot more effort than we could have ever imagined. Eventually we found the best way to brew this espresso in house and blend with our Vodka for a sipper or cocktail base that is full flavored and not overly sweet.
