"Rethink the way you drink.” Aplos is a functional non alcoholic spirit with adaptogens that calm or uplift without the negative effects of alcohol consumption. Adaptogens are a class of herbs and substances that are believed to help the body adapt to stress and promote balance.

Medicine Man By Clay Swanson, Spirits Specialist, CA Ingredients: • 2 oz Aplos Arise • 1 oz Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup • ¾ oz Yuzu Juice • Soda Water, to top Directions: 1. Add Aplos, tonic syrup, and yuzu juice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. 2. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda water. 3. Pack with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and a straw.

My Happy Place By Meghan McCaskill, Spirits Specialist, FL Ingredients: • 2 oz Aplos Arise Non-Alcoholic Spirit • 1 oz Bitter Italian Soda, to top • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice • ¾ oz Lime Juice • ½ oz Sumac Syrup • Thyme Sprig, for garnish Directions: 1. Combine Aplos Arise, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and Sumac Syrup in shaker tin. 2. Shake until diluted and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. 3. Top with Bitter Italian Soda and garnish with a thyme sprig.

*Sumac Syrup: Bring 1 cup of Sumac berries to a boil in 1½ cups of water; boil for 15 minutes. Strain berries from water. Add 1 cup of agave stirring in slowly, let cool.

Late Night, Feel Right By Damon Roseberry, Spirits Specialist, FL Ingredients: • 2 oz Aplos Ease • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice • ½ oz Honey Syrup (60% honey 40% water) • ½ oz Lime Juice • Greenbar Earl Grey Bitters Soda, to top Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass except for soda. 2. Add ice cubes and stir to incorporate. 3. Top off with Greenbar Earl Grey Bitter soda. 4. Garnish with Grapefruit half-moon.

Non-Standard Bog By Dan Searing, Spirits Specialist, DC/MD Ingredients: • 2 oz Aplos Arise • 1 oz Cranberry Syrup* • ½ oz lime juice Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. 2. Strain into a chilled or ice-filled glass with a partially sugared rim. 3. Garnish with a fresh cranberry or cocktail cherry.

*Recipe for Cranberry Syrup: Warm 12 oz cranberry juice in the microwave or on the stove over low heat. Add 12 oz sugar and stir until dissolved. Chill and store in refrigerator.

To’nik Fizz By Jacob Leyba, Spirits Specialist, IL/WI Ingredients:

• 2 oz Aplos Ease • 1 oz Lemon Juice • ¾ oz Jack Rudy

• 1 Egg White • Soda Water, to top • Rosemary, for garnish

Elderflower Tonic Syrup

Directions: 1. Crack an egg and separate the egg white into your shaker tin, then add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the soda water and rosemary. 2. Seal your tins tightly, and dry shake (without ice, to first emulsify the egg white) for about 15 seconds. 3. Add ice and shake until chilled and diluted. Strain into a fizz glass or a rocks glass, and top with soda water.

4. Clap the rosemary in your hands to express the aromatics, and garnish.

Sunset Soon Forgotten By Jayce McConnell, Spirits Specialist, GA/SC Ingredients: • 2 oz Aplos Arise • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice • ¾ oz Honey Syrup (4:1) • ½ oz Lemon Juice • 5 dashes Fee Foam • 2 Thin Slices of Serrano Chile, for garnish Directions: 1. Dry shake everything together briefly, then add ice and shake until very cold. 2. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. 3. Garnish with thin slices of Serrano, if desired.

Crimson & Clover By Katie Campbell, Spirits Specialist, WA Ingredients: • 1½ oz Aplos Arise • ½ oz Pomegranate Syrup • Pomegranate Seeds, for garnish • Ice, optional

• 2 oz Wölffer Estate Spring in a Bottle Blanc de Blanc Non-Alc Sparkling Wine

Directions: 1. Combine Aplos Arise and Syrup, and top with Non-Alc Sparkling Wine. 2. Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds.

Green Tea No-jito By Pablo Madrigal Valdes, Spirits Specialist, IL/MN Ingredients: • 2 oz Matcha Green Tea • 1½ oz Aplos Ease • 1 oz Lime Juice • ½ oz Simple Syrup • 8 Mint Leaves • Soda Water, to top • Mint Sprig and Lime Wedge, for garnish Directions: 1. Cover 2 tsp powdered matcha green tea with hot water (not boiling, about 150 degrees) and stir well. Set aside to use in the cocktail. 2. Hold the mint in the palm of your hand and slap it to release the oils. Add the mint to a Collins glass and pour in Aplos Ease, matcha tea, lime juice, and simple syrup. 3. Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink, top with soda water and ice if needed. 4. Stir gently and finish with mint sprig garnish.

Cherry Kola By Meghan Balser, Spirits Specialist, CA Ingredients:

• 4 oz. Aplos Kola Fashioned • ¾ oz. Jack Rudy Grenadine

• Mas Fi Zero Non-Alc Sparkling Wine

Directions: 1. Build in a Tall or Collins glass by adding grenadine and Aplos to ice.

2. Top with Mas Fi Non-Alc Sparkling Wine. 3. Garnish with grated nutmeg and cherry.
