ElVelo Tequila celebrates the distinctive character of the Tequila Valley – 100% Puro de Agave, sourced entirely from its Volcanic Rich soils. Conceived in collaboration with second-generation Master Distiller Carlos Hernandez Ramos of La Cofradia and thought-leading craft cocktail bartenders, with the goal of producing a Tequila that makes the very best cocktails – from the Margarita to the Paloma, to the Rosita, and beyond. LAGRIMAS DEL VALLE TEQUILA MEXICO, JALISCO Lagrimas del Valle is a Vintage, “Rancho Unico” (Single Ranch) Tequila — celebrating the unique and distinctive characteristics of the very best single ranches of Agave. Lagrimas is produced in collaboration with the Rosales family, of Tequila Cascahuin, led by current Master Distiller, Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo – the fourth generation of his family, their distilling tradition dating back to 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco; within the heart of the “Valley” of Tequila. Lagrimas del Valle translates to “Tears of the Valley” – representing the tears that form both on a tasting glass from high quality Agave spirits, as well as the “tears” or condensed spirits falling into the still, the transformation of Agave into Tequila itself. Foursquare’s Rums have garnered the title of “Rum Producer of the Year” for 5 consecutive years, along with a significant amount of Rum trophies, gold medals, and accolades from both the International Spirits Challenge and the International Wine & Spirits Competition – two of the most respected competitions. Distilling operations and blending are currently directed by Richard Seale, 4th Generation Trader/Distiller of R.L. Seale & Co. Exceptional Cask Selections represent the unique, and rare offerings of Foursquare Rum Distillery that Richard has hand selected. These are one-of-a-kind expressions, available only for a limited time, and showcasing truly unique approaches to both Rum blending and maturation. Foursquare Ex Cask Selection Mark XXIV 120PF / 750ML A 12-year-aged single blended rum, consisting of both artisanal pot and traditional twin column Coffey distilled molasses rums. Aged for 12 years entirely in ex-Bourbon barrels. All aging, blending, and bottling occurring entirely on-site at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.

CRISMA CRISMA is made with a blend of genuine 3-year aged Barbados Rum from the Foursquare Rum Distillery, Jamaican Coffee, and Cream sourced from Holland. Bottled at 17% ABV (34 Proof), from one of the most renowned rum distilleries in the world. Each bottle bears the manufacturing and best by dates – shelf stable – but to maintain best quality and taste, recommended to refrigerate after opening. PROBITAS A style of rum that would have made your daiquiri in the 1930s… Light white rums contributed to the explosion of popularity of cocktails like the Daiquiri in the post prohibition era. Unlike the white rums of today, which are often made from neutral or near neutral spirit, the white rums of the past had appreciable flavor. For the first time in history, coming from two of the most iconic distilleries in two of the most respected islands in the Caribbean for Rum making – Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, and Hampden Estate in Jamaica. Probitas White Blended Rum 94PF / 750ML / 1.0L

Distilled and Blended at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. Aged a minimum of 12 Years on-site at the distillery, under a tropical climate. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 Proof). No added flavors or sugars. An authentic aged Barbados Rum. Available year-round, nationwide, to all channels.

Extremely smooth, creamy and delicious. Would easily make for a fantastic after dinner drink, exceptional in coffee. Rich notes of butterscotch and caramel carry from the nose, to the palate and make for a delightful sip wanting to go back for more.

Probitas is distilled, matured, blended, and bottled in the Caribbean. No sugar, flavor, color, nor neutral/multi column spirit added. Bottled at a higher proof, 47% Alc/Vol, to showcase bold character, especially in cocktail.

HIGH ‘N WICKED KENTUCKY High n’ Wicked is an importer and specialty bottler of exceptional whiskies, founded in 2019 by two former Brown-Forman execs, W. L. Lyons Brown, III and Kevin E. Sachs. The two worked in the International Division in the 1990’s and were instrumental in building Jack Daniel’s and Southern Comfort in Europe and Asia. The company features five-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Kentucky Straight Rye available year-round. It will also offer unique, small production expressions of each annually, including cask strength, single barrel, and double wood finishes. Some will carry greater age as the brands evolve. High N’ Wicked Straight Rye Whiskey 98.2PF / 750ML Our Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is made from a mash of 91% Rye, 9% Malted Barley then aged for 5 years, in toasted and charred New American White Oak Barrels. Toasting allows for greater development of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, and spice notes – while the char, a “Number Four” 55 second or “alligator char,” enhances the natural filtration processes of the spirit interacting with a layer of charcoal. High N’ Wicked Kentucky Straight Bourbon 104PF / 750ML Our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash bill of 51% Corn, 39% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley – fermented in a Sweet Mash. Sour mash is ubiquitous, sweet mash is not. We have grown familiar with sour mash, whereas sweet mash whiskeys have subtle sweet and buttery notes uncommon in many other whiskeys. They also allow for different and unique mash bills – further expanding the character of what we know as Kentucky Bourbon. Bottled without chill filtration, and with no additives to retain maximum flavor, aroma, color, and texture. High N’ Wicked Kentucky Straight Bourbon Cask Strength 125.89PF / 750ML Our Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash bill of 51% Corn, 39% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley - fermented in a Sweet Mash. The final product has been bottled at cask strength, which in 2022 was 62.95% ABV (125.89 Proof), in limited quantities. Bottled without chill filtration, and with no additives to retain maximum flavor, aroma, color, and texture.

KUBLER SWITZERLAND Kübler Absinthe is a traditional Swiss style of absinthe, hailing from the birthplace of Absinthe, Val-de-Travers, Switzerland. Currently produced by Yves Kübler, the fourth-generation master distiller – in accordance with original award-winning family recipes dating back to 1863 and 1875, and only utilizing the highest quality wormwood, sourced specifically from the unique terroir of the region. Kubler Absinthe Superieure 106PF / 375ml / 1.0L An original family recipe dating back to 1863, consisting of nine distinct botanicals, macerated, and distilled. “La Bleue” or “Blanche Absinthe”. Kubler Absinthe Verte Suisse 144PF / 375ml

An original family recipe dating back to 1879, consisting of three distinct botanicals macerated and distilled, and an additional four botanicals held in secondary maceration.

RIGHT GIN SWEDEN, MALMO RIGHT Gin is a Citrus Forward, New Western Style Gin conceived by Lyons Brown. Blended and Made in Sweden by Master Blender Henrik Facile. Each of the eight botanicals used are very carefully sourced for the best character, distilled separately under specific conditions special for that botanical, then blended together to create a very elegant, balanced and unique expression of Gin. Right Gin 94PF / 750ML RIGHT works exceptionally well in classic Gin cocktails, taken neat, and pairs beautifully with fresh and seasonal flavors.
